Great songs indeed but the problem is reconciliation does happen but it is rare that it’s for the best. When there is a breakup, no matter who called for it, a vulnerable bond of trust has been shattered that can be very hard to rebuild. It is not that it can’t be done, but it would take a level of commitment and effort that most people are not capable of because the pain is too fresh and great. This will help stop the grief in the short term, but if you break up again, then it’s going to make the grief in the long term much, much worse.
